Adam and his law firm gave me the confidence and guidance I needed to get through my divorce. Adam became my lawyer when I was looking for new counsel after my divorce proceedings started and was unhappy with my current counsel. He immediately took on my case, was able to file motions and get me in front of a judge when I was told by my previous counsel it wasn't possible. My concerns were heard by Adam and he genuinely cared about my situation. Adam and Rebekah were always incredibly responsive and patient to my MANY emails and phone calls. They were always honest with me with best case/worst case scenarios and had me prepared for whatever could happen. An incredibly stressful and emotional time was made a lot easier by Bragg Law Firm. After my divorce case was finalized I came back to them to represent me for my child support case. If I ever need to return to court for family law they will be the firm that I go to 100%.

Saddened by way my case was handled, have never seen anything like this before, and for someone who takes $5k and then says just do as they say its easier... not thrilled. Update; sep, 4; I will be posting a copy of an email that was sent out to confirm i indeed gave them $5k. It will also show them trying to force me to take down my bad review or else. I'm waiting on my new attorney's approval before posting. Then Google can do its thing and the public can decide who is not being honest. I added a copy of edited email, deffently was my $5k, spent, sad couldn't even get return phone call, my childs mother deserved better. Google can now see the truth.

by far this team of attorneys husband and wife, are the best in Sarasota County if you ask my opinion. Both know the law in and out very well the ups and downs and any loopholes. by far I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an attorney for any type of criminal, civil or any other matter. If for some reason they are unable to help you they will recommend someone that can help you and serve you as well as they can. (well just about as well as they can, because in my opinion they are number one in Sarasota County)

Our young adult son was at fault in a car accident 2 years ago. We were lost as to how to help him navigate the insurance repercussions, and finally consulted Mrs. Zimmerman, hoping for sound legal advice on the next steps for him to take. To our surprise, she not only walked us through the situation with great compassion and understanding; she also helped us reach a settlement that was far more reasonable than we expected. Our only regret is that we wasted so much time worrying- we should have called much sooner. I'm so grateful I used this law firm. I own a glass company in Sarasota Florida that has become very successful, I stay so busy all the time, I had a girl hit me in my work truck and it almost cost me everything I had. Then I found these wonderful people who actually took the time out of their day to help me. They actually care about their clients and not just money.
