I have worked with other law firms that specialize in their services. By far the experience was transparent and much better than firms I have used with in the past.

Communication was good the first day we talked. After the first day of talking with an attorney turned in to 4 weeks after hearing back from him(with multiple emails and voicemails in between). After I had to send a termination of legal services and request for retainer refund. I finally got a fast response. Still no reason why there was no response of the hold up or apology. I would have stayed with them if they would have let me know what was going on. But I lost trust and lack of communication from this firm. I hope I get my retainer back?
