I purchased my home in 4/22 my realtor recommended them for the closing. I am now trying to close on selling my house and come to find out that they never settled the utilities debt from the previous owner. I emailed Michael Iaocobelli and left voicemail for him and Natasha with no response you would think since I have done 3 closings with them that they would step up and take responsibility for their error and settle this debt.i highly do not recommend this company

My buyers purchased a bank-owned property today with Attorney Will McComb and Elijah Swor, closer. There were challenges, and I'm pleased to say that everything Mr. McComb and Mr. Swor did for us was handled quickly and professionally. We threw them a few curve balls, unintentionally, but they hit them out of the park each and every time. I couldn't be happier with the service these professionals provided since the day we came under contract. THANK YOU for doing so much for us!! This is a "grand-slam" closing attorney and team.
