Michael is very smart,focused,thorough and extremely easy to work with. Explains all your options in a no rush non pressure environment. He always gets back to you with a fast response via email or phone call. I fell very confident Mr. Schuchat will be victorious in my suit.

Had closing with them as seller. Proceeds check from sale was made out to a Trust. No bank account for the Trust (never needed). Instead of helping remedy getting a check issued in an account name they blew us off and said go open an account. Terrible customer service, not even nice about it. Could have easily verified Trust beneficiary's and had form signed to make it possible. Too lazy to go out of the way. Won't ever use this firm again.

BPE did a closing for a property we purchased, even though we were the buyers and not directly paying for their service they treated us very well. Whenever I contacted them they always answered quickly and accurately.

This is the worst closing experience I have ever had. I would give them a zero if I could. They were totally unprofessional and Mande numerous requests for additional documents to be signed both before and after closing. In 21 closings in the past 47 years I have never had this happen, plus at no time did anyone in authority reach out to see what the problem was. A total last of customer care.

They will put a long nice explanation but I will say we were at their firm for closing. We had to drive to Sarasota for closing but they let the buyers (who they represented) closed in Manatee County where the home was. Long story short. Major issues at closing despite they had my $13,000 closing money. I also paid for their horrible service. They asked us to leave the property after obtaining all legal documents and keys. They left us homeless. We are both Veterans. If your a Veteran support us and don’t use them. We ask for 3 simple things after ruining our night and only honor one. Horrible Law Firm for Veterans!!!!!

This group of professionals is a class act from start to finish in handling Real Estate transactions. I could not recommended high enough Will McComb and Samantha. At the closing table you will walk through an area in their lobby that looks like a restaurant where free food and drink, and wonderful amenities. (All the female employees are brilliant, professional, highly hospitable, young and gorgeous but I won't hold that against them...lol).

Professional and competent, I love to push closing companies hard for results and they rose to the challenge of shaving 20 days off a 45 day lending closing; Morgan Cunningham was a champion in this endeavor.
