I had a very time sensitive issue I had to deal with. In my quick research, Rick had Jenna call me back within a 1/2 hour. She instantly had an excellent plan to propose, which separated her from the rest of those I contacted. Not only this, but her compassion regarding this unique situation and commitment to help sort everything out as a result was very much appreciated during a difficult and scary time. Jenna was very relatable, professional and gave regular updates. She went above and beyond, ensuring we received the answers we needed in a timely manner. She had everything sorted within weeks despite some obstacles out of our control. I am thrilled I was put in touch with her as I don't think this could have been handled any better. Mr Fletcher is an amazing attorney. I went through 3 other attorneys before Mr Fletcher and was at a standstill. Shortly after he took the case he proved that the police illegally arrested me on serious charges and got all charges dismissed. If i could rate this office 10 stars I would. Rick is awesome! He went above and beyond to find things other attorneys couldn't. When someone you love is incarcerated, life is stressful. Rick was patient with me and very understanding. He was compassionate and honest about what was going on every step of the way. Always returns phone calls and takes the time to explain what's going on behind the scenes. I couldn't be more thankful l for what he did for my family and I will forever be grateful. I have hired 3 attorneys and there has not been one besides Rick who has honestly cared and paid attention to my case the way he did. He honestly pulled off a miracle and I don't think anyone else could have done it. And he did because he paid attention and cared. He valued my freedom as much as I did. Jenna and Rick just absolutely took every level of professionalism whilst representing my case to the judge. I’m not originally from this location in St. Pete, what was supposed to be a vacation turned into a horror story with I guess is now a happy ending. I couldn’t believe that I was told I was under arrest, in the moment!! I seriously had defended myself & watched my personal belongings get destroyed. I know more laws now but sometimes man or woman we aren’t always heard and justice has to rule its self out. It sure worked the way it was supposed to. I’m just really glad that I did the minimal punishment and had a fully dismissed case. In the end. Only in 2 months I’m completely clean record & this is a first time offense & last time offense.
