Helped with getting the guardianship for myself as guardian for my son. Was a bit disappointed in helping with the multitude of problems I encountered with Kindred Hospital in St. Petersburg FL, the worst hospital on the planet. The lawyer that was appointed by the court to represent my son was useless, but is not part of Finley Williams Law. He couldn't even get the required three member committee together to report to the court that my son required a permanent guardian. I still have an emergency temporary guardianship 6 months after my son's accident. All in all this has been what I would call an intensive learning experience, and a very expensive one. I do not fault Finley Williams LAW, my expectations were just too high.

I hired FinleyWilliams originally to set up the usual personal items like a will, POA, etc. During that process I added a trust as well. Melissa oversaw everything with prompt courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommended.

FW did a phenomenal job over a few years assisting me and guiding me through the complex process of being a guardian for an aging relative with dementia. I hired Fletcher and Fletcher when I was falsely accused of something. From the moment I spoke to Jenna I knew I made the right decision. Jenna kept me informed about every step of my case and everything that was being filed. My case was quickly dismissed because of Jenna’s hard work keeping in touch with the State’s Attorneys office. I hope I never need her services again but if I do I’m calling Fletcher and Fletcher.
