I would recommend Finley Willams Law for anyone who are trying to go thru probate or settle an estate in Florida. Both Mellissa and her assistant Amanda were very professional and responsive. Do not know how I would have got thru it without their assistance.

After completing my Guardianship training, I found myself with an attorney who was simply not doing her job keeping me informed, proactively assisting with guardianship process or keeping any promises made. After unsuccessfully looking for another attorney, I decided to get a reference from the teacher of the online guardian course I took. She recommended Finley Williams Law. After my initial meeting, Melissa Williams and her assistant Amanda Burleson have been so helpful and have been very proactive with helping me in this journey of guardianship of my stepdad. I would recommend Melissa Williams to anyone for Quality and thorough service. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran. I had been a 30 percent rated veteran since 1976. I had been denied my full compensation for the rest of my documented disabilities. I contacted Melissa's office and told her about it. She refiled my claims to the Board of Veterans appeals so thoroughly that they changed my rating from 30 percent to 100 percent. I am eternally grateful to her and I refer her to many of the veterans I know and they were happy with her.
