Quick and reliable process. Initially, I was nervous but the entire team was helpful and responsive to my concerns. Was able to negotiate with the timeshare and terminated my contract within 8 months. Had to pay $1500 but overall still content because I am no longer being hassled by the timeshare. I called Finn Law Group after signing a contract with Wyndham for a timeshare. The intake manager, Tammie, called me back on a holiday (Memorial Day) and took time to review my situation. She determined that I was still in my rescission time and felt the steps I had already taken would resolve my problem. She did not charge me to triage this and was honest. After dealing with a timeshare company, I really wanted to talk with a law firm that had integrity. I am convinced Finn Law Group cares about the well-being of their customers. Great experience working with them. My attorney answered all my questions at the beginning and it took them 6 months to get out of my contract with my timeshare which was phenomenal. They always kept me updated and responded to any emails I had within 24 hrs. Will definitely recommend them in the future.
