First off, let me say Mrs. Barbara Kibbey-Wagner is a amazing human being. The epitome of a hard worker. She will do her best I can promise you that. When she agreed to sit down and hear my case she was more than just an attorney. She treated me like a normal human being, instead of seeing an image and taking off on assumptions. She was the only attorney willing to take the case head first. I visited 4 attorneys before Kibbey-Wagner. EVERY previous attorney told me I was screwed.Previous attorneys saw an “image” .She listened to me and assured me she would do her best. And she did just that!! The amount of work that Barbara and her team performed in the 10 months of my case is ungodly. Never failed to keep me posted on events. Kirk was always willing to help, answered all my numerous questions I had every time I called.
