Had a minor issue with the a local good old boy company, that would not have even been a legal matter in other states. Finding a half decent lawyer willing to do business in Martin County was a bit of a nightmare, but this outfit seemed the most professional… Beware of this Backwoods Barbie: she has a well hone schtick that relies on her fathers reputation and implied nepotism with the courts, while misrepresenting local laws and dismissing federal laws to scare you into signing that shadiest retainer I have ever seen or heard of. Once she had the money she admittedly did the legal bare minimum for close to four months, effectively nothing, then suddenly passed our case onto an ego fueled junior member of her staff that could not even wear a matching suite to court when he petitioned the court for the firm to end representing us and keep our money. Turns out the firm had a big, high dollar case fall in their lap and they did this to a bunch of folks. It later turned out she failed to do a comprehensive Discovery and get the “evidence” that proved the charges were impossible. Finally, due to the nebulously worded retainer, the Florida Bar Association refuses to help us get our retainer back until the firm provides a formal letter, which they have not. This firm cost us tens of thousands of dollars and a year of our lifes needlessly.

Richard kibbey is an amazing attorney. He will go above and beyond to help his clients. I had alot of medical issues that kept postponing my case and Mr. Kibbey has been very understanding and helpful. He is an amazing attorney who truly cares about his clients.

Kibbey, took my hard earn money and Never did anything for our custody case, not 1 document was filed with the court, not 1 . and 5 thousand dollars later nothing, we were fortunate enough to find another attorney in West Palm Beach Stephen cripps who took the case for 1/2 from start to finish and got us our right's. I wouldn't trust this law firm with criminal cases if she couldn't handle a custody case.. worst law firm ever in stuart , if you need an experienced criminal attorney please hire Attorney Goldman in stuart he's experienced, straight forward, and work's for you.... Best criminal Attorney in stuart is Goldman.

This is by far the worst law office you could possibly choose. Barbra Kibbey Wagner left to have a child and not only did she not turn off our case to her father or husband at that law firm. She hired a new guy and passed off to him. Who we did not agree to pay 20k for. She filed several motions for our civil case which she collected money on, but never followed through on the criminal case. We have now hired a public defender who has done more for us than this law firm did for us in a year and a half. Beware! You're better off with a public defender. If I had the option to leave no stars, that's what I would leave.

Kibbey Wagner is the best by far! I love them so much, that this is the first time I have ever done an online review.....but man do they deserve the praise and recognition.
