A class act and certainly a 5 star review. They professionally handled my case under difficult circumstances and the result was perfect! They made the process stress free and Their confidence in the court rooms was evident. I've referred them several times since. The best in my opinion!

Shaun Plymale has been my lawyer for over 10 years. Anyone that knows me knows that is no easy task. LOL. He has always been the voice of reason in keeping me balanced and having realistic expectations on the issues before the court. I visited this law group after a severe injury from a car accident. They told me not to worry they would take care of everything. They set me up with dr's and sent me on my way. During my recovery they said there was nothing they could do, because it was just an accident and I had no permanent injury. Which is fine. What is not fine is the dr's they sent me too, after a year of treatment, that wasn't helping I went to try different dr's. They found a spine injury that was not diagnosed a traumatic brain injury that was not diagnosed and a torn ligament in my elbow that wasn't diagnosed. I live everyday with pain and spend half my days in a dark room, please do not trust the dr's they send you too. Don't make the same mistake I made and get second opinions. I am paying the price now for trusting them, when in reality they were probably get a pay off from the dr's they sent me too. My new dr's wonder y all these tests were done on me when I didn't need them. I desided to right a review because recently I started feeling numbness in my left leg due to my spine injury that wasn't diagnosed. DON'T TRUST THEM!!

Treasure Coast Legal/Shawn Plymale were awesome. The staff were personable, outstanding as they performed impeccable in court, and the legal fees were affordable. If I need to use any Legal Services. They have my business moving forward.

I had a great experience with the lawyers at Chapman & Plymale Law, PA. I wish I would have gone to them sooner. We worked with them to short sale our house. The bank made the process excruciating, but the attorney we worked with was so patient, kept us informed and walked us through and explained every step of the journey. We finally have resolution and now we are going back to have our estate planning documents prepared. They gave us excellent service, they give back to the community and they always returned my phone calls.

Everyone at this office was professional and quick to reply, especially Shaun Plymale. When our HOA threatened legal action he worked eagerly, responded with our justification, and defended our position successfully. We followed his direction, and were grateful for his clear communication. I have never been treated so poorly by an "attorney" in my entire life. Garrett Roberts was a total scum bag and I would tell anyone to RUN away from this firm asap!! NO class at all and very rude attorneys and let's not forget the "fantastic" receptionist that was more stupid than a box of rocks. Didn't even have the manners to say goodbye to me as I walked out. I was suppose to get one hour with Garrett to review my case. I am not in foreclosure however the home I own has a loser that won't pay his mortgage attached. (it's a long complicated story and Garrett was so wet behind the ears he couldn't even keep up). Basically told me he can tell me nothing and give me no advice until I pay the $2500 retainer fee. Um.. excuse me but this isn't a foreclosure case, I just need an attorney to respond to the notice of foreclosure and I will pay all the back payments. That's it but you are going to charge me the full price like everyone else? I think not. I said thank you for your time and he just opened the door, not a word, nothing. I have many attorneys helping me with this extremely rare case and not one person, even with the 'free' consultation treat me like this! They are always trying to do as much as possible and actually sit down to "hear" you. He read none of the documents I gave him, he told me nothing, I wasted my time. This company is nothing but a mill, a mill of loser "lower" paid attorneys taking everyones money for the larger attorneys. It's really sad and I hope people stay away. Hint! The place that sends you the first document scam letter in the mail, you should run from!! They are the only company I heard from and I should have known! Please look for other attorneys!!

I have used Chapman & Plymale to help me with two very serious matters - the foreclosure on my home in Palm City, and my bankruptcy. In both matters the attorneys and staff that assisted me were courteous, kind, helpful and professional. The attorneys stayed in communication with me throughout the process and always responded to my calls and emails, answering my questions, and offering advice. The decision for me to file for bankruptcy was a difficult decision for me to make. The attorneys and staff were very supportive, and made the process easy and "painless." As someone who has worked with many lawyers and law staff over the past 20 years for a variety of reasons, I highly recommend the firm of Chapman & Plymale.

These people appear to hire unethical SEO marketers to goose their internet rankings via automated wiki spamming - a dumb and outdated method that in the age of "nofollow" does not actually work. I'm tired of clearing their spambot vandalism out of a wiki that I maintain. Ethics are important when choosing legal representation - choose wisely.
