Very professional! They actually care for their clients....

Unfortunately I was injured in November of 2001. I had the task of finding an attorney as well as the uncertainty of my further. The attorney assigned to me developed a good connection with me. All was proceeding with the case and I'm currently at the crucial stage of negotiations from the insurance company. To my surprise I called to discover my attorney had left and another attorney was assigned to me. Now at what I feel is the crucial part of my case I must get to know the new attorney and hope that he gives my case proper representation it is my life and finances that have forever been changed.

It has been months and months of trying to get a call or email back. Worst experience I have ever had

The process and transition from one attorney to another within Morgan & Morgan went rather smooth. A.N. ended up being my dad's attorney. I had the pleasure of working with her this last year in a half. She was very informative and kept me abreast as to what was going on. It's been a long process, however, A.N. was there the entire step. Thanks!

I’m giving three stars because attorney Craig Richard’s really tried to get my case handled with little to no help from this firm! I highly recommend not using Morgan&Morgan very unorganized they have little to no communication my case has been going on for 2 years now! With attorney Craig leaving I’m afraid my case will be pushed to the side due to so many case loads. I wasn’t even notified my attorney wasn’t no longer on my case and was told they would be hiring someone in two to three weeks. I’m looking to have my case transferred NEVER AGAIN

My car accident was 10 months ago. I had to change lawyers and Tyler Everette refuses to pass my file on to my new lawyer. My case is being held hostage for no reason. I am the victim and being victimized by a lawyer. He currently has my case at a stand still. While I am facing eviction and a repossession of a car I purchased after my car was totaled. Now my next step is a written complain through the Florida Bar. Unbelievable...thought you guys were the best.

Horrible experience Please just find another law firm now… i advice no one and I mean no one to allow Morgan and Morgan to represent them… your case will get lost with millions of other cases you will not get the proper communication that you desire you will only be a case number… they will prolong your case until there is little to no compensation left for you it’ll all go to the chiropractor and themselves please I beg of you do not choose Morgan and Morgan

The worst experience I’ve ever dealt with with the law firm. They advertise that they do civil rights, negligence and bad medication‘s but then when you call them, they don’t have any attorneys that can help you out with this. Yeah of course 500 lawyers in there multiple firms and no one does any of this! Morgan and Morgan you need to stop your false advertisement and lying to potential clients.

I have an open social security disability case and cannot get a return phone call to save my life. It has been over two months and a half dozen voice mails since they have returned my call. If this is for the people, lol we're screwed. Poor job. Poor follow up. Poor setting of expectations. Poor preference across the board. Also, some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Much less being in a position needing help. Do better John Morgan.
