I called Morgan and Morgan about representing me for a disablilty claim...they asked questions first ..which I answered. Then when he asked my age?? He said Morgan and Morgan does not represent any disability claims (SSI/SSD) if you are over 68 yrs I am 75 yrs old,,,,,,,,I really did not want to give you any stars after learning this. Shame on you Morgan and Morgan.....

When the case was finished I signed all the forms. 1 week later I was told they did it wrong and had to sign new forms which also came in $600 dollars less than the last amount. Still have not gotten my check which I was told would have no wait period since the money was in a trust already. 3 days later and I have to reach out several times to get a response. The law firm also made more off the case than I did. I advise people to really look at other law firms in their area before going to M&M. The experience will probably be a lot better and you might actual have your representation communicate with you through out the process.

This agency is GREEDY!They do not explain that they will always take the bigger percentage of your winnings because litigation does not start in the court, dor them, it starts with the letter which is a threat of litigation. You go in thinking ONLY 33% they will take but NO. They take 50%. False advertisement. They also balloon their charges by making you pay astronomical amounts for things that are FREE like copies of documents you have already given them. AND EVEN AFTER taking all of THAT, they hold money in case something else comes in, which usually with people that have insurance, most charges are already covered. They keep that money too. You cannot find honesty in a big corporations like this. Go find and honest hardworking attorney that is not greedy, and actually FOR the people. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! Hopefully, I never need an attorney again, but if I do, it will NEVER BE M&M, more & more should be their name.
