I was interrupted several times while explaining my case. I also called 10 minutes before and spoke to another person and that employee was not helpful and was interrupting me a lot and was careless.

He didn't allow me to ask questions. Did not explain any information about the class action case. Told me we didn't qualify although I'm sure we do and then wouldn't even tell us why we didn't qualify. Felt very rushed and uninterested in what I had to say. Not to mention he talked way to fast like he was reading generic responses from a book like a robot.

I was not made to feel important actually it was just the opposite I felt like because my case wont make them front page headlines than I don't matter. yes I am hurt badly and it is the city's fault but that don't matter because since I don't come from money who care's right. It feels like if you cant help them get publicity then your case and you don't matter to them.

Gave very clear indications of laws being broken and unlawful termination only to be told they couldn't help, and was not informed if it was a conflict of interest. Absolutely will never use Morgan & Morgan nor ever give any information to them again.

It is terrible. I sent two emails to Morgan & Morgan, but when I called no one has ever read my emails. Then they just told me that Morgan & Morgan cannot help my case. I am extremely disappointed.
