HORRIBLE. My experience with the Morgan & Morgan in Tallahassee is utterly disdainful. Bill Kempner and Kemp Preston, the individuals handling my case, continues to show that they have a lack of concern for their clients. This comes at great dissatisfaction given their deceit regarding communication with those they represent. I have not spoken with the company in over two months nor email or text. The case manager Kemp and attorney Bill have both disconnected their phones, thus giving the impression of false representation. I am concerned that my time and resources have been squandered and exhausted due to Morgan & Morgan’s lack of communication. I do not recommend this office at all nor do I suggest the trust in this company’s integrity. They have been the plight of my livelihood over the past few months.
