My husband and I sought the services of Mallory Bennett Brown after winning an estate planning package in a silent auction, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. However, Ms. Brown and her wonderful paralegal Rebecca Rohn made the whole process nearly painless. After a brief phone consultation and minimal paperwork, they emailed us preliminary drafts of our documents. We made an appointment to finalize the documents and within 30 minutes of arriving we were on our way with 2 sets of fully executed wills, powers of attorney, and living wills. Scott Smiley is an absolute life savor. I screwed up badly by signing papers I didn’t read, under duress. Scott was honest about it up front and he still helped me win FULL custody of my two young daughters, safely returning them to Alaska from Florida and away from their abusive father.
