Liebenhaut Law is unusual in my experience with law firms. One of the first things I noticed is that Matt is accessible, when many law firms would insist on having staff speak with you. An example: On my first call to Liebenhaut Law, I expected a Legal Assistant to return my first contact, but Matt himself called. Another better example was when I had an appointment, but mistakenly came the wrong day. Instead of sending me away, or insisting I speak to someone else, Matt worked me in after a short wait. Most impressively that day, even though he was not expecting me, and could not have had time to go over my file, Matt knew details of my case. Obviously he is fully engaged in his client's needs. Of course a busy firm relies on good staff, and I work with them in the course of business such as requests for information, and I have found they are also helpful, patient, and follow through.
