Twyla Sketchley appears only to be motivated by money. Her wards best interest are of no concern to her . She has a moral and ethical obligation to properly care of them but she does not . Isolated a ward from their loving family is inhumane and beyond cruel . I'm attending the Whistleblowers Summitt in Washington DC at months end . Abusive Guardianship will be addressed. Pershaps Ms Sketchley should attend. Attorneys will be held accountable for any injustices . Obviously I would never recommend Twyla Sketchley. Choose a competent attorney with a functioning heart and soul

The Sketchly Law Firm is the most compassionate and caring law firm in Tallahassee. They are knowledgeable and professional. They are gracious and giving to the community as a whole. I consider Twyla the Gold Standard of Elder Law.

Ms. Sketchley is a very knowledgable attorney in her field. I trust her, and her assistant Marisa, to understand the complexities that I face as an aging Floridian. I think Tallahassee is lucky to have such an attorney available and would encourage anyone to meet with them, as well as hire them, as their advocate.

I would never recommend Tywla Sketchley. She is morally and ethically challenged.. It appears greed motivates her. Vulnerable seniors have suffered greatly because of her. Their homes and possessions are taken and the ward is confined to a facility where their rights are violated. loving family is prevented from visiting. Isolation is abuse and causes psychological trauma to the seniors. I’m grateful to see lawyers are being held accountable for these types of actions. start doing what’s in the interest of your client. Thank You

Beware of those who claim to stand up so loudly against exploitation of the elderly. Many times, its because they are the ones doing it. FACTS: She stopped a 92 year elderly man with dementia diagnosis since 2018 from having his capacity evaluated, claiming the examining committee was not qualified. Yet the committee was the very people she uses for capacity evaluations in other cases. Ward dies with no capacity evaluation, and she petitions the court for almost $70,000.00 fees claiming he consented with capacity. FIGURE IT OUT. She lies in pleadings claiming family members were convicted of exploitation to mislead the court, only to testify under oath they never were convicted. She is dishonest, manipulative and I have 100% proof for everything stated here. She attacks family members who are trying to protect their parent. Very sad how dishonest this women is. She submitted a fee petition billing for 3rd party professional contact, when the 3rd parties never even referenced these contacts. Evidencing false billing of a wards estate. Do your research, she will try her best to cover up the truth, but she knows this is the truth. Bring on a defamation case, I would love to show the jury everything you did to a poor elderly man and his family. You and I both know this it the truth. Its will catch up to you, God always brings the truth out.
