Review her cases in public dockets and make sure to get things in writing because what is stated in this review is fact. She waited until her client was dead and then 6 months later decides to file for almost $70,000 in attorney fees to be taken from his estate. All verified by review on the docket. But she didn’t have an issue collecting money while he was alive from him. And clearly, he had plenty of assets during his lifetime to cover the remainder of his life at 90 years old. Very concerning this women has a Consulting company where she advertises the protection of elderly. The only money being taken from his estate was money she and her colleagues want to take. My rule, when people try to convince you they stand for something, in my experience it’s usually because they don’t stand for it all it

I would not use this lawyer, she guardianship our father with dementia behind the family's back and isolated him for 3 years. And if you fight back to protect your father she will retaliate. Diane Cohn was amazing! She was very caring and understanding with everything. I work a lot , and getting on the phone was hard for me to do. I was able to communicate with her through email even after hours. She truly cares about her clients and always made sure I was comfortable with the things that were going on. When we had meetings with her, she was always welcoming to my mom, who came with for support. She is very educated, very organized, and she knows what she is doing!
