I felt comfortable and unlike the attorney I have hired. Lewis the assistance was so helpful helping me with questions and concerns of what to expect fighting for my disability. I hired Lavan & Neidenburg. The day of the my hearing. I was not properly prepared for my hearing. I am assuming I may need Attorney Robert to help me because from the initial conversation to the point of all my concerns they were answered. Thank you for letting me know it's real attorneys that will help the disabled.

Robert F. Kiel was enormously helpful in my hour of need when my disability occurred. It was a particularly difficult case as I have many acute and chronic maladies which were handled in a concise and efficient manner. My case was especially challenging with many aspects to it. Mr. Kiel was helpful in assisting me to organize a vast amount of information and did his utmost in handling my case with great direction and follow-up. His acumen in his field was most welcome because medical and legal matters require much analysis and, plain old hard work. He cares about the difficulty the patient is in. This man is a Godsend. After calling almost every listing in the phone book for help with a private disability appeal only to be told "we only work on Social Security claims". I stumbled across Mr. Kiel. From the very first contact I knew he was different, He is down to earth, very compassionate, and completely honest and up front about what he can do. He fought very hard for me with a company that is very difficult to work with, to say the least. In the end he won me a full reversal of a denied claim that I did not receive benefits from for over a year. While this appeal was taking place I also had to go through a Social Security full review which he also helped me with and was granted right away. Attorney Robert Kiel and his partner Luis Puodzius saved my life and my daughter's future. I called over thirty different Social Security Attorneys listed in the phone book to find someone to represent me for a overpayment alleged by the Social Security Administration. It seemed like such a large task to undertake feeling as badly as I did, but Robert and Louis (his assistant) were excellent. Always there when I needed them, answered all my questions and assisted me with filling out all those forms; I couldn't have asked for a kinder or more knowledgeable legal team. It is very hard to deal with a disability and learning that you can no longer work is devastating, but they were there by my side and we won. I cannot ever thank them enough. They were excellent!!!

I highly recommend South Florida Attorney Robert Kiel for any case that involves Social Security Disability,appeals or supposed overpayments. Mr. Kiel recently won my case in which SSA wrongly insisted I had become "no longer disabled" and so owed them back over $70,000. They did this because I tried to run a small, 1-person business, part-time from my home, but barely made any money from it. Atty. Kiel proved in front of the judge that SSA totally ignored the real evidence , treated me completely unfairly, and violated their own regulations. SSA just incompetently jumped to false & wrong assumptions (as well as defaming me with false accusations of attempting some kind of tax fraud),& cutting off my disability benefits. It was all false, & Mr. Kile proved that clearly to the judge at my hearing & got him to out the entire overpayment & make SSA pay me my withheld (many thousands) & ongoing benefits. Mr. Kiel is a hard working attorney with 39 years of experience, who really cares about his clients & takes each case personally. His high win rate speaks for itself. It goes all out to fight & win for his clients. He spent long hours working with me on the case, helping me to gather the evidence that would show I was innocent, & taught me about the way SSA works, & about my rights, etc. He was like a caring friend, not some untouchable lawyer.
