Mr.Fenton Is the best! He is very honest and upfront about your case. He will take the time to answer questions and concerns. The opposing side responded to our filing, claiming that an unlawful practice had not occurred. I had a brief call with Mr. Fenton, He listened to my side of the story and asked for me to submit proof of all claims. After reviewing everything, he continued to work towards resolving things with my previous employer. He was very open about the potential outcome of my case. (Positive and Negative) The entire process was easy to understand. Every staff member I spoke with always ensured to update me on my case. I was surprised that they took the time to make sure I got an update on my case before they left the office for Christmas. Even though there was no change. I contacted this firm for a retaliation and discrimination case that's currently happening against me at work. I received a nice email welcoming me and thanking me for choosing them. It asked me to fill out a form for more information on my case but before I could do that they emailed me again rejecting me. I was contacted today by someone, I apologize I didn't catch the name, one of the attorneys, he was very nice and concerned about my review so I'm here to update it. It would be a good idea if during the intake they let you know that they do not take cases if you're currently employed with the company that you have an issue with. Then they can give you the name and number at that time of who may be able to help you. They will give that to you in an email but I think giving the information at the beginning would be good so people don't feel rejected and confused. They do really seem to be a caring law firm.

I must say I’m very disappointed with Mr. Cabassa,. A couple months after going through the case presentation period , showing all my evidences and signing contract with his firm , Mr. Cabassa got intimidated by my ex employer legal department and did not even attempted to take them trial because of the answer given by the employer counsel, answer that was not true. Regardless of all the evidences, times, dates , emails with letter head , witnesses etc that I had , he simply said that was not going to peruse my case further. I tried to explain to him that the answer given by my ex employer was not correct but it seemed meaningless to Mr. Cabassa . Let me shared with you all the reason why I picked Mr. Cabassa’s law firm, I chose them because after been laid off due to retaliation cause of an age discrimination in my work place ( wrongful terminated) I spent three weeks reading about federal and national employment laws, rules and cases not only in Florida but all over the country. I wrote a court claim myself with dates , times , examples of event’s that occurred in my workplace and cases that happened in the passed that were very similar not to say having the same content than mine situation(backing up my scenario written). Once my research was done I started researching for a good law firm that could represent me well enough against a big corporation . Mr. Cabassa firm came through and I felt with their slogan and videos saying that they were there to help employees facing wrongful termination by retaliation and other illegal reasons . In a heartbeat I called them , rejected other firm that were interested in representing my case I ended up choosing Mr. Cabassa and signed contract with them . If I would have known, that Mr. Cabassa firm advertising and videos where simply just that , a marketing campaign and not real , that they were not going to take my case to trial because got intimidated or who knows what happened on that consul to consul conversation , I would have NEVER chosen them. To conclude this , my advise is for whoever is reading this and need a firm to strongly represent your case where you could feel with peace of mind that they won’t get scared or backed up to take big corporation into trial , to keep searching other firm because this one is not it .
