Was referred to this law firm by Morgan and Morgan. Had an employer pay less than minimum wage. Overwhelming evidence proves that if you're case isn't high dollar don't call them. Refused a case with all the necessary documentation of proof to a reasonable person. With no explanation Nice way to treat people and I consider it a slap in my face.

I don't recommend this firm to no one basically I found them online and choose this firm however they did take my case but after a year and a half someone calls and calls me by that time I didn't even realize I still had a case with this firm I spoke with my lawyer who told me they were still working on my case and he assured me I was gonna win this case only to find out my case was closed who does that 😭

I called and spoke to a nice lady who said she would have a senior director or something review the details I provided about a case I’m still trying to build and was under the impression we had an agreement that I was asking a question and did not want to pursue anything as I don’t have all my ducks in a row yet. I didn’t even share the evidence I have with them, as I simply had a question which they never provided an answer to. They stopped answering my phone calls. After the first initial call, I was never able to get in contact with them again. They sent me an email saying they’ve chosen not to take my case, which is really stupid tbh because I never asked for representation, I simply asked if my situation seems legal or not and provided details but no hard evidence. I don’t think I need to PROVE what’s going on in order for a person with a law degree to tell me if it smells fishy or not, but maybe I’m wrong🤷🏻‍♀️. either way, poor communication especially if they want any new clientele, I don’t recommend these people.
