Regarding Brandon Hill and Associates I got a message on Facebook last night from a very appreciative class member that was so heartfelt, appreciative and sweet. It made me tear up a little. I like to give credit where credit is due. I just wanted to let you know that I realize now that a class action lawsuit is different than your typical lawsuit. I realize now that it is not about just getting compensated a little for someone else’s wrong doing, and that it means so much more to many many other people that were harmed or wronged all by the same entity, in hopes that it will somewhat punish them for their actions and hold them accountable. That my case is so much more than just my complaint. You did all the work and deserve all the credit for the outcome of this case. You deserve all the praise because you selflessly stood up to this company on the behalf of us all. You gave us a voice when we all felt like we just had to take how we were treated, and nothing would ever be done to hold them accountable. You are the hero… Again, thank you for all of your work and time. You are definitely one of the good ones , and deserve nothing but good fortune and appreciation from every life you touch. On that note, I will not take any more of your time. I just wanted to say thank you again, and tell you your are the best!

As far as I'm concerend, these guys are a bunch of liars. I went to a lot of trouble to sell my case to them, filling out a bunch of paperwork and never even got a call back. They are not looking out for the little guy. They, like a lot of these other law firms that advertise on t.v. a lot, are just looking for these cases where it's an easy win for a high dollar amount. They do not represent the majority of people who don't have some scripted case and face an uphill battle against companies who try to rip their employees off.

I couldn’t be more happy with Mr. Fenton and his firm. They were responsive, professional, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This is to add to my previous review. I have just been given a denial email and in it, there is a paragraph that stated "You should be aware that the passage of time might bar you from pursuing whatever, if any, claim you might have in this matter." They have simply wasted time in my case. Even though the violations were expressly and specifically noted on their website as being violations. Thanks a lot Mr. Fenton and also Amanda Heystek for your lack of compassion, and any attempt to help the "little guy." This is the second incident in which I tried to ask this law firm for help and they refused. TERRIBLE!!!!

I placed my trust in this firm to represent me for a case that clearly violated the law. The violations were the same ones outlined on their site. I have called several times to speak with an attorney. I was placed on the back burner. This firm does not care about me as a potential client. I have asked them to return my calls, and they go on returned. They can’t even give me the courtesy, after I finally did speak to one person regarding my case as to whether or not, they will accept it and represent me. Mr. Fenton has also a recording on the voicemail that he has had several clients. Tell him other firms would not return their phone calls. He asks for the opportunity to allow this firm to show they are different. This firm is doing exactly what Mr. Fenton has asked an opportunity to prove how they are different. My case is A complex case and it should not take 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to determine whether or not they will accept it and represent me. I do not recommend this law firm at all. I have given all the documentation they have requested. During my consultation with a paralegal. This firm came recommended by other attorneys. I don’t know why because these folks don’t seem to want to give me the time of day. I guess nobody really cares for the little guy. It is exceptionally disheartening because nobody fights for the little guy. They’re no different!

Attorney Trehan and his team were great. I falsely enjoyed working with them. At first, the firm didn't know if my case was solid but Attorney Trehan took the time to speak with me and comb through the details and he agreed I had a case. This was the quickest resolve I could have hoped for. I was discriminated against and harassed for reporting it to HR and then fired which took a shot at my dignity. Attorney Trehan restored my faith in the work force again. Thank you to WFC law firm for all that you do.

Recently I was able to resolve my federal discrimination lawsuit against a religious organization represented by a major right-wing law firm. Attorney Christopher Saba represented me from the very beginning. He and his assistant Tanya went above and beyond in making me confident and comfortable with my case and the process. Having never been a plaintiff in a federal court case was new and intimidating in the beginning. 10/10 would recommend, this firm was amazing. I worked with Matt and his team, and I was very surprised at how well they kept me informed. He was very knowledgeable and had no problem explaining things and unlike most legal counsel he never rushed off the phone. He made sure I was aware of everything and took great care of me!

I love Brandon and Hannah and his team for the job they did really professional upfront about everything easy to talk too they understand what your going thru and basically held my hand thru this long tough process. i would recommend them hands down real talk.Wenzel Fenton Cabassa the best at defending your rights.
