Donna Smith is the best of the best hands down. From start to finish she handles everything extremely professional. Responding to any questions in a timely manner. When it comes to employment issues I would only recommend Donna Smith. Everyone was such great help especially Rhonda Cooke. My situation was a very stressful and complicated issue. However with the guidance and education Donna has we handled this very swiftly. I am extremely happy with there service.

My case was handled by Donna Smith and her assistant, Rhonda Cooke. I can't say enough about the service I received. Donna goes above and beyond. Calls and emails were always returned/answered very quickly by both ladies (even on weekends!). My complicated case was handled efficiently and the outcome was better than I anticipated. I highly recommend this firm!

Choosing the firm of Wenzel, Fenton and Cabassa was the best decision I could've made. They worked my case quickly without dragging. My assigned attorney: Mr. Tony Cabassa was always available (as well as his team) to answer my questions and guide me. I always received replies to my messages or emails on the same day. It was truly a pleasure to work with them.
