Wonderful law firm to work with. Attorney Wenzel was simply spectacular. I had an involved noncompete agreement that required delicate navigation to ensure my compliance. Attorney Wenzel was by my side providing wise counsel and insightful thoughts to assure that I legally satisfied the stipulations in the agreement. Which I did. He also worked with my current employer's legal counsel as a profound team player. He was timely and supportive during a two year period of time. Would I engage Attorney Wenzel in the future if the need should arise? Absolutely!

Very thorough law firm! Although its unfortunate we need representation for matters unforeseen. This firm stood behind me for a situation and WON! Amen thank the Lord for this diligent team! Donna's pragmatic approach helped me understand a complicated process. Rhonda Cooke and the rest of the staff were always professional, helpful, and understanding. It was a difficult time in my life made much better by an amazing and very tough lady.

I asked the firm to help me with my case for pregnancy termination. They were very helpful at first. When I asked for a lower rate than 45% (very high according to other law firms I had asked their rates), Mr Brandon said they would ask the firm for 40%. I said that sounded fine. He immediately took it back and said he wanted to know when the last day of work was, and asked if I had filed a complaint with the EOC. I told him No, that I hadn't done so, that I had read that the attorneys could file it after threatening for a settlement. I told him my last day was a year ago roughly. I let him know that I was aware the formal EOC complaint was usually a second step, not a first step, towards getting a settlement. He was taken aback and told me he wouldn't be able to get 40% for the work, I told him I understood that was likely why they wanted 45% in the first place, his response to this was actually even more negative, Not sure why, I was willing to let it go for 45%. Instead he responded, "Well this happened a long time ago, I'm not sure if its even worth it." I was tired of being messed with by a Lawyer-haggler for a company who is supposed to help people, I replied, "I wish that the previous Attorney I had a consult with would have mentioned that?" He seemed to think it was worth it. Mr. Brandon J. Hill [Partner for Wenzel Fenton Cabassa Tampa, FL 33602] then said "Okay, I'm going to close our account with you." I had already spent too long on the phone, I needed to get back to work, I will gladly let this entire thing go just to not deal with people like this, ever again. I don't' think I've had a more stressful 2 minute conversation with a stranger in my life. I hung up the phone and got an email immediately that my account with them was closed. Good riddance.

Although it was a lengthy process, that was outside of their control, they were professional, courteous and dedicated to ensuring I received justice. It was a pleasure working with Chris as my lawyer and Tanya continuously communicated all information to make this a smooth process. I highly recommend this firm. I wouldn’t have been successful without their expertise!

Horrible experience. They are only interested in how much money they can make from you. Do not use them. They did not call at scheduled time to discuss case. They may also deny your case with absolutely no explanation, even if it is within the parameters of Florida case law. I believe they are not in the business of helping people.
