John was a great attorney, he was very attentive. Every question, call, or text he responded almost immediately. I am very happy with his services. I highly recommend him to everyone!

I will give him minus 5 stars if I can. He threw me under the bus. He will push for unnecessary demands made from opposite counsel without using his head. He is aggressive and quick but not to argue for you but against you. Dont trust google reviews and all his websites reviews. I ended up paying $160000 more to my ex because of his lack of knowledge about case and details. What he does is he will ask opposite attorney to send proposal and negotiate few dimes here n there. He is frustrated himself in his life and that gets reflected on client. Complete Fraud. Think 300 times before hiring him. If he replies I never hired him then he is lying just FYI.

When I filed for my divorce I was in a very bad place dealing with depression and being forced out of my home. From the very beginning I was treated with respect, professional, and with a straightforward honesty that allowed me to make proper choices. God forbid I'd ever have to go through this again but if I did I wouldn't even think about who to hire in order to handle my divorce. I would definitely make the same choice again.

John was very hardworking and always available. Although he can be a little abrasive, he is also very caring, understanding and compassionate. People tend to focus on the negative rather than the positive. It's his job to push for his client. I don't want a lawyer who isn't a little abrasive. At least I know he isn't going to take the easy way out or accept no unless it's unreasonable. He pushes you to get your stuff in, but he can't help you, unless you also want to help yourself. There's required documents that only you can attain for use during the prep phase and has timelines determined by the government. Get those to him quickly. Help him, help you. Anytime I had a question or any issues I could talk to him generally within 10 minutes. I even talked to him once late a night and felt bad for it. I tried to be respectful of his time though. Technically he works for you, but there are limits to everything. Honestly, I recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so. Some expect miracles. I know he can only do what is within the limits of the law and in my heart believe he did everything he could to help. If you want someone who's going to fight for your best interests then John is your guy. I got 50/50 as a father, but was terrified I wasn't going to get to see my daughter. Fortunately I had a favorable outcome. I appreciate everything he did for me and will use him in the future if any other issues arise. Hopefully I don't need to.

John is exactly what he says he is on his website. You'll never meet another person with his capacity to fight for your rights. He's highly intelligent and focused. I'm sure some woman could benefit from using him, but thank God he has taken a stance to help men get rights to their kids and assets. My advice after working with John on my divorce for two years in which my ex dragged everything through the court to take my kid and assets away from me, just do what he says and stay out of his way. John has been doing this for over 14 years and hes a hardened veteran with no time for games. Hes supported me and helped me stay focused on the real fight. If you find yourself dependent on emotional support, get your self some therapy cause in these cases you have to keep your emotions out of it no matter how valid you feel. Just follow Johns lead and it'll all work out the best it can for you. Its not the courts fault were in this, but if anyone can get us out as cleanly as possible its John. For me John was like a older brother protecting his own, Im sure you will feel the same.

1st I want to say that any money given before the divorce is final is a gift, it’s not even a consideration, people want you to think it’s going to hurt you more in court if you stop , court doesn’t see it that way ( in my case I was send $2000 a month for 11 months and paying insurances and phone bills for 11 months after the separation) 2nd I don’t see the need to spend over $5500 on a lawyer to give $500 a month alimony for 2 years,1/2 of my pension for 2 years and pay 80% of her lawyer fees, I guess I got off lucky with she only had a $700 lawyer 3rd the only communicate through email, you’re supposed to check your email 3 times a day, emails are nice, what would be nicer is a phone call saying I sent you an email and say something quick about the subject matter, all the paperwork wouldn’t be accepted it unless it was in pdf form so I had to go out and buy a computer and scanner, seems like to me I should be able to mail you or have the banks mail you the paper copies at least and a secretary does that for that much money
