Jon is an awesome lawyer. I can’t say enough about this guy. We had our ups and downs for sure throughout the process but he was there every step of the way. Even though at times i was skeptical he always had my best interests at heart. He helped me get settled in mediation for custody of my son, which I did not think was possible, and now I have 50/50 time sharing! He was always on top of things and responded very promptly. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone going through a custody case especially if you are a father trying to get your equal rights! Thank you Jon!!!

"Divorce is a Drastic Change — You Need a Guide". John and his team provided timely, professional, and detail oriented support throughout my entire divorce process. John was in constant communication with me and was accessible at any time of the day. I never once felt that my case was not a priority for him or his team, which is extremely difficult to do when managing hundreds of cases like his firm does. Absolutely recommend his services to fathers/dads going thru this drastic, often overwhelming process - he is the right person for the job.

Worse lawyer ever my son was kidnapped by his dad and he told me to stop calling and texting him don't trust him! He's the false one the guardian had him returned to me the next day! Unlike this horrible lawyer DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!

After a terrible car accident in November 2022, my son referred me to John DeGirolamo. To be honest my first words were he’s a Divorce Lawyer. My son assured me he was the Lawyer for me knowing how tough I can be! Well 8 months later I got the max settlement anyone can get in a truck accident. Not only did I get the max but he had my hospital bills cut in half. Thank you John and Michelle for all the HARD WORK! And putting up with my forgetfulness due to my TBI!

His assistant was really nice but I didn’t talk to him much. He also just went with basically the first offer the ex-wife’s lawyer asked for so I don’t feel like he tried to represent me.
