Not really happy with the service I received 3,500$ I didn't have to spend . I could have done what was done and I even had to send off for my own divorce decree. The reason why I'm so displeased is my state requires that I show a certified and stamped copy of the paper work that I didn't receive

John is by far one of the best lawyers I’ve worked with. He is thorough, unwavering, on time, prepared, and 100% pushed for me and my goals. Many times I sat back and let John work and it was glorious! John’s personality tells me he was born to be a lawyer. If you are considering John as your lawyer, it’s going to be hard to find a better one.

I don't think I could put into words how grateful I am to Joshua Monteiro and the amazing staff at Sammis Law Firm. I was in a particularly difficult situation with a spouse using falsified litigation abuse, and scrambling to find representation on a Sunday of all days, with two days to prepare. My call was picked up immediately, my questions answered with the promise of a call from Joshua shortly, which came in under 5 minutes. I was already impressed by the organization, and prompt system. I can not say enough about how much Joshua went above and beyond to fight for me. It felt like I had a family member by my side in one of the hardest situations I had dealt with. He will probably need a month long vacation after my case! Danielle and Tammy are wonderful assets. I never had to ask for a single thing, they kept me up to date on every part of my case, and answered any questions I had immediately. John DeGirolamo was very efficient. He was extremely responsive via, email, text and phone (Very accessible). My divorce case took under 4 months from the day I hired him to completion.

Mr. John is an excellent and straight-to-the-point person. He is always available to respond to my questions. If he is not able to respond he texts and calls as soon as he can. I have never had to wait long for a response from him. He keeps his words. He took care of the case. The case ended the way he stated. He is the man. I will rate him higher than 5 stars.

----------------------------READ ME -------------------------------------------- A bit late, but I wanted to ensure John received the credit he deserved. He was a crucial part in making my divorce a smooth process, allowing me to heal myself as man and father. Thank you for everything, truly! My situation: It was late 2021 (December timeframe) and I was past my breaking point with the ex-spouse at that time, and had finally decided to start the divorce process. I NEEDED to get the divorce started and finalized as soon as possible, due to her being emotionally and mentally abusive throughout the separation. Various situations occurred where our kids’ safety came into play. I was no longer going to allow her to jeopardize their well-being nor my mental health. On the first day of my search for an attorney I ended up calling more than 10 attorneys, all with varying fees, promises, and demeanors. Not ONE asked about my situation, what I could expect during this process, recommendations, nor provided any time frames for said process. I was, honestly, mentally defeated and depressed. The next day I called two more attorney offices, the first didn’t answer and the second one I was scheduled to talk to John DeGirolamo. I was ready for the meeting, had tons of questions lined up, and was eager to get the process started. Lucky for me, John had an opening and ended up reaching to see if I’d like to discuss further, which I did. The first thing I asked was his price and how FAST he could get this done. His price was fair AND cheaper in comparison to other outrageous fees I was quoted from various other attorneys, but he also advised me that he will do everything he could to get this specific case done within 2 months. I was more than happy with both of these parameters! He then proceeded to ask me more about what was going on (with ex) and how I wanted to proceed (custody wise), which was for majority/full custody, he acknowledged. He gave me an overview of what I could expect regarding timeframe, documentation, what my custody desires meant, and what would happen if the case took a harsh right turn. What meant the MOST to me was that he talked to me as a MAN and told me where I stood, he advised me what he would do, what I needed to do and what it would take. At this point I appreciated his consult and insight significantly, because EVERY single prior attorney I had spoke with treated me like CHECK or just a NUMBER, and I hated it. Fast forward a bit, I had followed John’s direction to the T and was quick with everything he requested of me (documentation, calls, deadlines…). Mind you the expected time for this divorce was 2 MONTHS and possibly more (which was already a fast deadline on its own) …. But MY case was finalized (from petition to final disposition!) in 34 calendar days! To some that might not mean anything, but to me it was everything. I felt like a huge burden/weight was off my shoulders and I could breathe again. And it was John that knocked it out of the park, through and through. Of course, every case might vary slightly but this is my personal experience with John, his demeanor, his assistance, and his overall expertise.
