John is second to none. He is firm, direct and constant in his stance all around with everyone he engages with. He gave me his personal number, was available at all times and is also extremely responsive in a lightning fast manner. All of his associates are highly competent as well. My case was quickly taken care of and ended exactly the way we wanted. You can't go wrong in hiring John.
