During my search, I selected John based on his impressive credentials. While the list was long, he lived up to and exceeded them. During our first conversation we talked about goals and he nailed every one of them. John was thorough and quick. He had to pick up where another failed and turned around the outcome to the good. Read your contract. Keep tabs on them by demanding invoices constantly. Questionable billing. Also do all communications to the office via email. Had more times than not “email got stuck in server and never got” and “are you sure you called right number, maybe phone issues”. Confirm meetings as likely someone doesn’t know, running late or will miss and ruin whatever you had to do to make meeting. Possibly due to criminal cases they feel they can treat people like animals versus consumers. But if you chose them, don’t say we didn’t warn you. Amateur hour prelaw and it’s your freedom at stake.

My ex-husband filed a pretty significant lawsuit against me with serious allegations. I went to John based on his reviews.
