This dude is something else. He doesn’t even deserve a star! He is very disrespectful and has lied to me to keep me paying him. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!! FRAUD!!!! Stop now and look at other cases against him. He has broken the law before and has other cases against him. Look him up on the internet and you’ll see that he is NOT who he says he is. I hired him for a child support case and all I got was a ridiculous child support amount because he just sat there in the room and did NOTHING! He claims he saved me money which he did not! He is a disgrace to the law and a down right thief! I’ve got saved emails of his responses with my concerns on how i told him he was unprepared for court and all he can said was he “made his money”. Is that how you really talk to someone who hires you?? That is straight up MALPRACTICE!! He is garbage and will just feed you lies to keep paying him. DO NOT HIRE HIM!! I REPEAT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Sammis Law Firm is superior above the rest I have found. Unfortunately I have had to seek legal counsel in dealing with a vindictive ex wife. "Amazing and unexpected outcome and I never even had to go to court once" CASE DISMISSED After being charged with a criminal traffic violation in 2017 , I started shopping around for a reputable and affordable attorney . I spoke to several law firms and ended up hiring Mr Rogo because he came across as very open , enthusiastic , personable and trustworthy . But , to tell the truth , I wasn't expecting a whole lot , based on my previous experiences with attorneys . Mr Rogo rescheduled my court date a few times which extended my case out for several months . I was "Sooo" stressed out - especially after he told me that the state was seeking a 120 day jail sentence - I was practically begging him to plea bargain for probation in lieu of jail time - he told me he was still working on it and that he was going to reschedule the case 1 last time . The day before I would've gone to court to face the judge , Mr Rogo somehow worked his magic and got the State to dismiss my case completely . I was stunned and couldn't believe it when he gave me the incredible news . He told me that there would be no more court dates , no jail time , no fines , no probation , zip , zero , notta - it was as if a huge Dark Cloud was lifted off me . Thank you , Thank you , Thank you Mr Rogo I highly recommend you - you saved me from Tremendous Hardship and Pain and you have restored my faith that a good attorney can make all the difference...

He took my money and did very little. He was quick to say he was going to keep whatever I had given him when I fell on rough times as the hurricane hit and had trouble coming up with the rest a month before my case went to court. He did not want to fight for my case an had me settle for the first plea that was given which cost me more money in the long run which I cannot afford. I starved myself for 6 weeks so he could take 3 full paychecks from me to do very little when it came to making progress on my case so I now feel i was bullied into settling for the plea I was given. This review is written now after getting a second opinion before I start another battle in my custody case. When I spoke to another attorney I was assured more could have been done and should have been but wasn't. I feel I was definitely not taken advantage of....... MY REPLY: You are a liar John I have my text messages where you said you have a dog to feed and yourself to feed if I did not pay you you were going to keep what I had given you then withdraw yourself from my case. Now it takes 30 seconds to make a Facebook so my name with no picture of me was presented to the court easily faked and easily seen now that same facebook has been used to further humiliate me on facebook by the my sons mother who has amped her drug dealing friends and family against me i have sceenshot of me being threatened to be jumped with baseball bats traders and pepper spray in the last month which is why I sought out a second opinion. You played no attention to why I had an injunction placed against me and you would not fight for anything but a plea. In our consultation you didn't want to hear anything I worked three jobs to try pay you and take care of my son. 1500$ got me what a public defender could have accomplished. When we went to court I wanted you to fight for me fight the fake Facebook messages but no you told me no one would really investigate anything they would just punish me further. People do and sell drugs around my son you didn't want to hear any of that you just wanted my money and that was it. After being threatened by multiple people in the last month so my sons mother can manipulate a section out of I got a second opinion in which I was told you definitely could have done more to fight the lies against me and bring the truth out in he right courtroom. I'm able to prove I was hit by my ex in her mini van I'm able to prove she got multiple stds from sleeping with a drug dealer which is why I left her then she kept my son from me manipulated an injunction against me. I'm labeled a violent person when iv kept my hands to myself before and after my ex ran me over in a mini van. You never once wanted to hear anything you stuck to your assumptions but had you listened you could have noticed that the same week my ex had me violated over fake Facebook messages I had just bought a new car which was costing me a lot each month I didn't have the time to go out of my way to send someone mean messages this is why I came to you for help. My probation officer took 5 minutes to read my injunction and custody agreement which I got a year before hiring you representing myself and she could see that I was being manipulated and she was doing anything in her power to have my son taken from me which could only be done by trying to have me sent to jail because I have 50/50 custody. You bully and are very aggressive with your clients I have read your other reviews and I'm not the only one you've taken advantage of and done nothing in court for but take money from people who don't really have money to loose in these matters. But the day I end up hurt or hospitalised by these people threatening me to cover up drugs being sold around my son by my sons mother and her temporary boyfriends will be partially your fault because you didn't do the job you were payed to do.

John has been AMAZING and always just a cell phone call away. Has held my hand thru this process and made it less stressful. My son was facing 25 years and John never settled and never gave up because of him my son is home.
