Let me start out by saying that hiring this law firm was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in my life. I hired this law firm because of their great reviews online so now I want to share my experience so fellow google users don't fall into the same trap that I did. In short, I would have been better off pleading guilty from the get go than spending the very high rate that the Sammis law firm charges for their services. To make matters even worse this firm also sent all of my personally identifiable information to the wrong person not once, not twice, but 4-5 times. So along with my awful end to the case and the huge pile of bills most of which coming from this firm, I now also have to worry about someone stealing my identity. As a business and business owners, they should be embarrassed by how their office is operating. If you're looking for a criminal attorney in tampa, there are way better and cheaper firms in the area who will actually do there do diligence and not make repeated mistakes.

Attorney Rogozinski is absolutely amazing. I could have been faced with a 2nd degree misdemeanor, but Attorney Rogozinski got me out of the situation. I can say only but thank you for his hard work! Highly recommended!

Find another attorney!! I called with regarding an incident at the Tampa airport and the person I spoke to immediately suggests to me that I was carrying a weapon at the airport!! Unbelievable the preconceived defenses people dream up in their own minds based on lack of life experience and critical thinking skills!!

I hired Leslie for my DUI case. I must say she is one of the best criminal lawyer in town. This was my second DUI offense and had multiple states involved.
