Jason Bard represented me for my unlawful dui conviction. He got my sentence reduced to not reckless but careless and other collateral charges dropped as well. Would definitely recommend him, love that I could text him whenever and I could always get in touch with him. This was my first time having a lawyer for over a year and I’m thankful I chose the right one.

I paid Jason & Brett $10,000 to BOTH represent me in my case. Their website even touted "you get 2 lawyers." Jason had to have heart surgery so was never seen or heard from again. Jason was supposed to be the litigator at trial. Brett did a fair job but it was obviously he was stumbling at trial. He missed presenting a couple of things. I have asked for $5,000 to be refunded me but Jason refuses. So I am now in court trying to get $5,000 refunded me. Not very ethical!

Jason did an amazing job with my case. He was able to get my charges reduced and helped me navigate what I needed to do to continue to live my life. The people in the office are very nice and calls are returned promptly. Very appreciative, highly recommend.
