From start to finish Brett and Jason were simply the best in keeping me informed and what I needed to do to help my case. My outcome was nothing short of a miracle - but only because they knew exactly what to do and how it should be investigated and pursued. I know for a fact that had I chosen someone else the outcome would have been far different. Case dismissed were the best 2 words that I have heard in a very long time. By far the best choice and use of my resources I could have made!

I want to thank Greater Tampa Law (Brett & Jason) for the excellent representation and counsel provided for my son. He was facing 10 felony and misdemeanor counts in four courts in two counties. Brett (Szematowicz) was incredibly professional. He answered all of the questions I had and was very honest about the process and possible outcomes of my case. I sent him the required documents, and he accompanied me to court. Within five minutes, we were out the door and MY CHARGE WAS FULLY DISMISSED (I didn't even have to pay a court fee!). I retained Patricia for a DUI case in Tampa, she was so nice and understanding. She and her investigator a retired Sheriff's Office Detective, picked the case apart, they told the State they were going to a jury trial, and the State Attorney withdrew the charges before trial.
