Using Musca Law for my traffic citation I received in Polk county was a great decision, resulting in the exact outcome I was hoping for. Polk county is a difficult county, especially when cited for driving 22 mph above the posted speed limit, but the attorneys at Musca Law were able to have adjudication withheld, so no points were added to my license. I will definitely use Musca Law again, if they are needed.

This firm IS THE ONLY one to call when you need help with a criminal case! What blew me away was how responsive they were. I called them in a panic on a Sunday morning over a holiday weekend and one of their attorneys called me back within the hour! Since this was my first time through this, I fully expected there would be a lot of back and forth and delays. Not the case at all. Mr. Fernandez and his assistant, Austin, are the best there is when everything goes south. I am more than satisfied with the outcome of my case. He managed everything the way he said he would, even when there was new information that came to light, unexpected, he was there and managed it to the T. In the end things didn't look so bright, but once again Daniel came through with his promises. If there is one thing I am sure of its that I wouldn't be giving him this amazing review here today if it wasn't for his help.
