Cat, our lawyer, was incredibly helpful during our difficult time. She was very understanding and willing to go that extra mile to make my wife feel comfortable through the process. The law office thought that the expungment would take 6 months or more, but we were able to get it done in half of that time. Truly great service. I hope we will never have to deal with these issues again but this firm is exceptional!!

I would give them a million STARS if I could. This is a first time we had to use a criminal lawyer and we were absolutely lost on how to find one. We called this law firm and Mr. Fernandez got on the phone after we spoke to a paralegal who noticed how upset and lost we were. Mr. Fernandez reassured us that they will take care of our issue to the best of their ability. They met with us right next morning, however Mr. Fernandez was trying to see if we needed to meet that evening we called but my wife and I explained that we could wait till next morning. We worked with Dana and Austin once we got to the office they both were amazing, they explained in detail the process to us and went over every possible scenario which helped us understand what our family member was facing and what we should not do and do while working on this false accusation. Police investigation went in our favor and all credit goes to Dana and the Law office for helping with exposing the truth and my family member who’s was accused was never charged and his future is not ruined. I would recommend Mr.Fernandez and his team to anyone seeking a counsel as they truly care about their clients. Truly I can never thank this Law firm and everyone who helped. I can’t thank you enough.
