Mr. Bilecki took my case on a very short notice. When I called the office he was away in Germany just finishing a case. I felt I had no one to help me with my unfortunate situation. From the time I retained his services to a personal consultation it was less then 72 hours. I was really impressed that he was genually interested in working on my case as fast as possible, more so impressed that by the time he had arrived back in Hawaii he had reviewed my file on his flight over! I called 3 other attorneys and they all would take over 2 weeks to start working on my case. He knew the clock was ticking and made every effort possible to accommodate. His representation was exceptional and my situation was favorably resolved. Highly recommended!

A mother's worst nightmare is when she receives a phone call with bad news about her child. Needless to say, that phone call advised me that my son was awaiting sentencing - and only three days later. Time was no longer an ally and I had to act fast. Needless to say, my sister and I immediately jumped on the next flight to Incheon Korea. After arriving and checking in to our hotel room, the hard part began. It was now Saturday, and I still had to research and find the best lawyer an educator could afford. We barrier it fown go two lawyers and then researched their cases and outcomes. Both firms had an impeccable resume; we chose Belecki and Tipon: he was "reachable" on a Sunday afternoon; he believed my son had a hard, but winnable case; and he didn't overcharge us - yes, he had to begin working that same afternoon. Monday arrived although Attorney Belecki was not physically there, he instructed my son on how to stop the sentencing, made the necessary phone calls to the military justice court and filed the paperwork needed to secure another court date. I would love to say that my fears had come to an end; for I'd hired a well-known and respected attorney. But then I heard the charges and saw the evidence against my son: his weapon, 10 witnesses testifying against him (even the three friends he was with, 1 he was protecting), a forced, signed statement of guilt, a court appointed attorney and my son - a young soldier, barely a year out of high school. ........those 10 witnesses against him, became 10 pieces of evidence for him; the villain, became the hero; and the accused - NOT guilty! I give Attorney Tim Belecki of Belecki & Tipon 5 ⭐️. Although my faith knows GOD made it all possible, thanks for allowing Him to use you to saving my son's life.

I am a Specialist in the US Army. I was wrongfully accused of a sexual assault and several other charges were included, all false. After the initial investigation I attempted to help CID, thinking that they were there to simply get the truth. Unfortunately they had a different agenda and, after several hours of interrogation, they got two false confessions out of me. Unknowing the process I had no representation until after being read my charges and did not retain Tim until after the Article 32. I spoke with several law firms and lawyers beforehand, all telling me it was basically an unwinnable case. Tim and one other said it was winnable, but would be very difficult. I chose Tim not based on his reviews, but his personality and eagerness to take my case. He was honest through the whole process and explained everything he was doing. He also worked with me on payment and was understanding of my financial situation. He worked tirelessly and well into the night on many occasions. When trial came he showed his skill and abilities, which far exceeded my expectations. In the end I was acquitted of all charges and specifications, despite Tim’s small window to prepare. No other lawyer could have done what he did.

I can't put into words how happy I am to have hired the Bilecki Tipon team. They were very diligent throughout my entire case and fought hard for my retirement and my career. The military defense teams are very stretched and lack the resources to effectively defend their clients. Mr. Bilecki is a fantastic lawyer and works really hard to get the best possible outcome even when it looks hopeless. I will be retiring now when a few months ago I thought I would lose it all. Thank you Mr. Bilecki and Mr. Tipon for saving my career!

Mr. Bilecki and Mr. Tipon are the two best lawyers that I have met. My case was very complex and it lasted a total of 12 months. They spent many hours pre-gaming and coming up with an intense strategy to help me defeat the Article 120's that I faced. On the day of the trial, they told me there strategy and I was amazed at how complex it was going to be. Once the trial started, Mr. Bilecki gave the opening statements and by the look on the jury's face, they were amazed at his vast knowledge about my case. It was truly amazing. Came next was Mr. Tipon with the best cross-examination that I have ever heard of. Did he not only totally defeat the alleged victim with his cross examination, he also gave the witness more than he ever knew what was coming. The defense tried to re-counter with a strategy of their own, but the damage and effectiveness was already done by Mr. Tipon. Next came the closing statement to the jury. Mr. Bilecki was once again amazing. HIs delivery of the story and the facts that came along with it was unbelievable. It was as if he was writing a book right in front of my eyes about the case. I definitely recommend this law firm to anybody that ever needs a solid and productive team!!! Thank you once again for everything that u have done for me!!!

January 23, 2015 Mr. Bilecki and Mr. Tipon came highly recommended through a family member’s attorney friend who said, “They’re the best.” They both more than lived up to those words. They truly work well together as a team. We appreciated the countless hours of preparatory work, administration, research, and counsel they both gave on behalf of our son. Their attention to detail, thoroughness, and persistence in revealing the truth in our son’s situation is second to none. It brought about the correct verdict rendered by the jury. No words can adequately express the relief and joy in our hearts to hear the jury state: “. . . on all charges – not guilty.” Our son is finally free to move forward with his life and pursue the dreams that God has given him, to include serving his country by fulfilling his military obligation with his head held high and with no obstacle in his path. Mr. Bilecki’s opening statement clearly laid out our son’s case using vivid, metaphorical illustrations, and his closing argument very convincingly and excellently summarized all of the evidence pointing to our son’s innocence. Additionally, he was able elicit the truth from a witness during his cross-examination. Mr. Tipon’s ability to cross-examine each of the prosecution’s witnesses with precision and logic, revealing inconsistencies and fabrications, thereby guiding each testimony to a truthful conclusion, was incomparable. It didn’t take long into the court martial proceedings for us to realize we had chosen the BEST possible defense team for our son. You’ve heard the expression, “It takes a whole village to raise a child.” In this case, it took an entire legal defense team led by two extremely competent and experienced attorneys, Timothy Bilecki and Noel Tipon, to keep our son from a future stained with permanent defamatory labels – labels that would be incorrect descriptions of our son’s true character.

Facing a court martial or adverse action? Well, READ THIS!!!!!!!!! I must first start by saying, I rarely ever write reviews on anything. This time around I felt compelled to write a review in effort help my fellow Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Airmen, Coast Guard and DOD civilian comrades. Here is my story…….As a Sergeant First Class, while deployed to Afghanistan, one female Soldier made an allegation that I had touched her inappropriately. As a result CID was called in and conducted a “so called” investigation into the allegation. CID’s investigation entailed taking the statement of my accuser and conducting a canvas interview that was essentially a dragnet to solicit any information to solidify the claim of my accuser. The dragnet produced four additional female Soldiers that made allegations that I was inappropriate with them. At no time during the investigation an attempt was made to determine the truthfulness of the allegations made against me; only efforts to bolster the allegations of my accusers. At this point, I was understandably distressed and frustrated over the allegations. According to CID, there were three allegations of abusive sexual contact and two allegations of assault impending against me. Simultaneously, the chain of command ordered and conducted a 15-6 investigation into the same matters of the CID’s investigation. Yes!! On one end, I was being investigated by CID for an alleged criminal offenses and on the other end, investigated for the same matter via a 15-6 investigation. The 15-6 was concluded first, the IO determined allegations of abusive sexual contact was unfounded; but, concluded that I created a hostile work environment. I received a GOMR for the findings of the 15-6 while I was awaiting trial. Despite two comprehensive appeals to the CG, relating the results of 15-6 did not meet the preponderance of evidence standard and preempted my impending court-martial depriving me of due process. After six months of anguish and distress, CID finally concluded their investigation; subsequently, my chain of command referred charges against me; three specifications of abusive sexual contact consummated by battery (violation of Article 128). After 19 years of service as a senior non-commissioned officer I was repulsed by the command’s decision to refer charges against me for these unfounded allegations. Immediately, I contacted TDS and met with a military defense lawyer, they instantly informed me that the government was deliberately “stacking the deck against me,” in effort to dishonorably discharge me out of the military; despite having 19 years of honorable service. A conviction for the charges would entail forfeiture of my retirement, SGLI Bill, all VA benefits. I would also be required to register as a sex offender, serve jail time and face the prospect of never getting a decent job due to a felony conviction. Needless to say, I could not fathom this scenario. After two weeks of consulting with my TDS appointed attorney and sensing a slight disinterest to doggedly fight the charges against me. I decided I would look into hiring a civilian attorney; unknown to me at the time this should not have been a consideration, it should have been an absolute requirement…….So, you may ask, why hire a civilian attorney? HERE”S WHAT I REALIZED FOLLOWING MY SIX MONTH ORDEAL: After all, if the government is trying to take away your freedom or your livelihood, the stakes are very, very, very high. I cannot stress this enough, with so much on the line, you must get the best legal defense you can get. Through my ordeal, I realized, my military defense lawyer was truly adversarial against the prosecutor and the charges I was facing. However, depending on the severity of the charges your appointed military lawyer may be required to do the unthinkable by challenge/subpoena the CG as well as other general officers to prove your innocence, as well
