Excellent lawyer

Needing a defense attorney is seldom a positive thing, but Attorney Hardy made the entire experience as seamless and positive as I could possibly imagine. He was patient and measured, listened to my concerns and gave me excellent advice. Most importantly, he clearly had my best interests in mind and I trusted the direction he provided. Strongly recommend him.

I needed a defense attorney in the Tampa area. Interviewed three defense attorneys and hired Mr. Hardy. He is blunt and to the point, no BS. He produced a very favorable outcome to a very difficult case. Remember, you get what you pay for! I have worked for and around attorneys for thirty years in another state. As a Marine Corps veteran, values and details mean a'lot to me. Mr. Hardy is a great attorney & instructor. I am a former student and have recently requested his services in the courtroom. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and always returns phone calls in a timely manner. Overall a very professional gentleman.

Hardy is a fantastic attorney. He gets straight to the point and explains the steps along the way. He never seems phased by having to answer numerous questions so I can understand the process and why certain things are necessary. He's very fair and works hard on his case. He goes above and beyond to give updates so you're never left wondering where the progress is. In such a stressful time, he really makes it easier. When I experienced my legal battle, it was my first ever run-in with the law and I was terrified. I panicked and felt like that was the end of it. I found all those characteristics in Dave and I was grateful. Did we win the case? YES of course we won the case. Would I still consider Dave an amazing lawyer if I didn’t win the case? Of course I would. For me, this win and his work to get my case dropped was such a pleasant feeling but I admire the journey that he took to get us there. His attention to detail was the key in this case which is why it’s important to find a representative that invests time into your case. I would recommend Dave and the Hardy Law Firm without a doubt. I do not intend on being in any more legal battles but if it were to come to that, Dave is the only lawyer I would go to in the Tampa Bay Area!
