David handled two cases for me. I did not have to do anything just followed his instructions. He is easy to talk to. He makes you feel comfortable and he takes time to listen to your concerns. He is professional and trustworthy. His fees are reasonable. I recommended him to my friends and family. Next time, you need a lawyer, give David a call.

When I experienced my legal battle, it was my first ever run-in with the law and I was terrified. I panicked and felt like that was the end of it. On top of all my stress, I was receiving non-stop calls/emails/post letters from lawyers all over that wanted to hear my case and help me out so I decided to hear them all out but for some reason nobody really felt “right”. I’ve never had a lawyer before but I knew what NOT to look for. Then one day I had a conversation with Mr. Dave Hardy and I felt all of my previous anxiety lift off my shoulders. One thing that Mr. Hardy did for me that a lot of lawyers were not doing is keeping it real and honest with me. I did not need someone who was going to tell me that they’ll make my case disappear if I pay a specific amount of money. I needed someone that was going to explain what could possibly happen if it doesn’t go my way, I needed a lawyer who can break down the legal process step by step, I needed a lawyer who would take the time to get to know me and my values, and I also needed a lawyer who was willing to work with my financial situation. I found all those characteristics in Dave and I was grateful. Did we win the case? YES of course we won the case. Would I still consider Dave an amazing lawyer if I didn’t win the case? Of course I would. For me, this win and his work to get my case dropped was such a pleasant feeling but I admire the journey that he took to get us there. His attention to detail was the key in this case which is why it’s important to find a representative that invests time into your case. I would recommend Dave and the Hardy Law Firm without a doubt. I do not intend on being in any more legal battles but if it were to come to that, Dave is the only lawyer I would go to in the Tampa Bay Area!

Hardy is a fantastic attorney. He gets straight to the point and explains the steps along the way. He never seems phased by having to answer numerous questions so I can understand the process and why certain things are necessary. He’s very fair and works hard on his case. He goes above and beyond to give updates so you’re never left wondering where the progress is. In such a stressful time, he really makes it easier. If I ever need an attorney again, I would go to Hardy in a heartbeat.
