I could not believe how lucky I was to find a lawyer like Mr. Hardy. Mr. Hardy is kind, honest and he was willing to help me with my situation, I was going through at the time. Honestly, it shocked me how much he pushed for me to succeed. Mr. Hardy took the initiative to call me when I began procrastinating with my time and getting my paperwork to him, he was quick to make important court calls to get the information he wanted/needed for my case because waiting for mail it to would take to long for the time I had to do what I needed to do. Mr. Hardy sent emails and just truly exceeded my expectations in every way. So here you are, reading reviews trying to figure out if David Hardy is the right lawyer for your situation. I’m here to tell you, YES he is! I was in your same situation a year ago, researching like crazy who I should hire as my charges were no joking matter, I’m glad I followed my gut. I could tell he knew his stuff based on the questions he was asking during the initial consultation. During that conversation, he didn’t waste any time, he was pulling all the information he could get a hold of and provided immediate feedback on what his next course of action would be. Mr. Hardy is a straight shooter; he doesn’t overpromise results and follows through on all of his word. He is easy to get a hold of and takes his time explaining the process. He discusses his strategy in detail and ensures you thoroughly understand the possible outcomes. The resolution of my case took a while; however, I was always aware of where the case stood. I cannot be more grateful for the handling and resolution of my case. I honestly believe had it not been for his strategy and hard work, my case would have not had a positive outcome. If you were to hire him, I can tell you (from experience) you are in good hands.
