I could not speak highly enough of David Hardy. He was an absolute star in my case. He helped me achieve a fair and speedy outcome. He kept me involved and informed on every step in the convoluted process that is our judicial system. Beyond his capability and competency as a lawyer he also helped calm both my nerves and the nerves of my family. Every time we saw that he was reaching out to us my wife and I felt immediate relief because we knew we were in good hands. He still continues to fight for me and my rights even after resolution of my case.

On November 3, 2021 I was arrested for a DUI. This the first time I’ve ever gotten in trouble with the law and needed a lawyer. As many would do, I googled DUI lawyers and spoke to many lawyers and attorneys who only cared about how they were getting payed but when I spoke to Dave our conversations were solely revolved around my case and felt like he actually cared. While working on my case he was always on stand by and ready to answer any phone call/text I had for him. He communicated very well and thanks to Dave he got my DUI reduced to reckless driving.
