If you are in the process of hiring a family law attorney, my heart goes out to you. The process can be simply overwhelming. There is hope, and in my case it came the moment I first spoke with Mr. Hackworth. I was referred to him by one of his peers in the Tampa area (which by itself says a lot about his impeccable reputation). The first time I contacted him I expected to get an answering service due to it being far past business hours on a Friday evening, but was shocked as he not only answered his phone but spoke to me in great length despite him being at a Rays baseball game at the time. Mr. Hackworth and his legal team are more than just attorney's, they are master navigator's of a confusing legal system. He has remained 100% available for my countless phone calls concerning my situation and has provided logical, straight forward advice and guidance every time. My overall quality of life has steadily improved over the course of the last year as a direct result of following his recommendations. We appreciated two things about Mr. Hackworth. He is extremely responsive. He texts back right away and any time we preferred a call, he made time that day. Secondly, he is upfront. He told us the pros and cons of our options without blowing smoke. He worked quickly in a time where it was hard to get answers because of the State Attorney being removed, and never made us feel like we were bothering him when we asked for updates. Highly recommend his services.
