Hired Benjamin Stechschul, JD (Attorney) to handle a case. After more than 50 days, he had not read anything about my case. Had I followed his instructions inaccurate because he didn’t read the discovery (IMHO). Go anywhere else. This is a complete waste of money and worse- this can destroy a life over nothing but laziness and absolutely no concern I can see for his client’s wellbeing. And don’t expect a dime back. He’ll do nothing and make LOTS of excuses!! But you can flush your money down the drain. It will be less aggravating. And they’ll do anything to keep bad reviews from being posted- including lying, but I could easily prove I was a client. UPDATE: 2/24/21: In response to the message from Benjamin Stechschul, JD (Attorney) below: I paid over $14 thousand dollars (over $14,000) for you to represent me in one issue. I thought you were so terrible, I decided to forfeit the money and go with another attorney, who charged a similar amount. That should explain what I thought of the value this attorney provides... I’d rather pay thousands of dollars for him NOT to represent me.

I was very please with the professionalism of this company. When I did a search of divorce Attorneys, I literally called 5 places and no one answered, nor did they return my call. I called Mckinney Law Group and someone answered immediately! Damien called me back promptly and spoke with me in detail about my divorce and gave me the best advise. I had a very good experience with Ben. Never once did I have to wait for an answer to any of my questions no matter how small they were. He always called me personally. And he worked everything out on my case and I ended up with probation rather than something worse. I'm very pleased and if God forbid something comes up again I will definitely call him first and no one else.
