Nathan Ellis and Damien McKinney make one hell of a paralegal/attorney team. Together they were extremely accessible and responsive. Never did I feel like I was just another case to them. They made me feel as though my concerns were their top priority. Collectively, they handled my case in a very timely manner, yet were very thorough and detail-oriented. I was facing a likelihood of a second offense DUI charge which included jail time, $2k+ in fines, a revoke of my license for 5 years. I contacted Ben through a friend. Ben kept in contact with me and reassured me that everything was going to be alright when I was stressing out. I lost my job half way into the payment plan that Ben and I agreed on. He was able to give me time to pay when I was late on payment. In the end I took a plea deal and got my case treated like a 1st offense. I hope to never use Ben again as my DUI attorney (I learned my lesson from a dodged bullet) but I highly recommend him.
