I have known Ben since we worked together as state prosecutors. He is an excellent attorney, who works extremely hard for his clients.

I got arrested for trying to sleep off being drunk in my car in the bars parking lot. Obviously I thought I was doing the right thing but apperently not. I talked with Ben after I posted bail and he assured me that I would not end the case with a DUI on my record. Without every seeing a court room he was bale to get the charge greatly reduced to basically a slap on the wrist. Being a recent college graduate that meant the world to me. I would definietly recommend his services to anybody!

He got my DUI lowered to reckless driving, which is about best case scenario in Pinellas county. His price is reasonable - even more so given the results.
