We hired this law firm to represent us in a custody battle a couple years ago and have been dealing with a great attorney, Kristal Knox. Ms. Knox had to leave the case temporary therefore another attorney from Ayo & Iken had to step in and represent us in court (which we where more than happy with her services). Shortly after the successful results from that hearing. Mr. Ayo contacts me himself, just to ask if we were happy thus far with the services we've received from his law firm. That is unheard of and is the definition of customer service going above and beyond. From the paralegals, attorneys, and the managing partner of this law firm. Best help ever from Zonald E. Spinks, Esq. Responsive and knowing and did listen directly on me when I did call from Sweden..Have tried with many lawfirms but here I struck gold!!!!! After 1 day he wrote all papers to person owing me Money since 2013.. Well written and I got payment after 10 Days....Not expensive.. I worked with Kristal Knox at Ayo and Iken and my experience has been phenominal. Kristal went above and beyond to make sure everything goes per my expectations. She is thoughtful, knowledgebale, professional, and extremely courteous. She has extremely good knowledge of legal strategies. She was available for me and i had the option to choose any of their office in the Tampa Bay Area for a meeting. Our meetings were at their Tampa office but if i needed any help, she was willing to meet at the Clearwater office as well. This was a huge advantage for me. At one point, we thought our case was over and completed but then i found out i still need the other party, and Kristal worked with me to resolve the issue again. Their fee is reasonable and Kristal worked with me on the fee and the retainer as well to make sure we get everything on time. I was provided a detailed statement at the end of the deal and my brother reviewed it and these are his exact words, "money well spent". I received a positive outcome I was looking for in a person in my position in my case. Ms. Crystal Phillips and her assistance both were just a phone call away. Ms. Phillips was able to assist me with the correct paperwork, financial statements, and other legal documents. If I had any questions Ms. Phillips was able to give me the correct answer. I had an emergency and could make one of the appointments Ms. Phillips was able to show up and fill in for me.
