We worked with Crystal Phillips on a very complex adoption covering families in two states, and in which the Ohio grandparents had rights to child visitation. Crystal managed the minefield with grace and integrity, and we made it through the lengthy process and were finally able to adopt in Florida. I would work with Crystal Phillips again, and if she doesn't handle the area of law in which we need her, we would definitely work again with Ayo & Iken attorneys. Thank you Crystal!

Mike and his paralegal Monika were always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I would typically hear back the same day as I emailed so communication was very good. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and they did everything for me so I did not have to worry about doing anything or missing a document. I did not need to worry about what to file and how the other party would get served. I feel like my case was handled professionally and I could tell a great deal of time was spent on my case too. I feel like they advocated for my children and me and that is what I wanted. Very reliable. Also, at one point in time during my case, the other party was not responding to requested information. This firm did not waste time and quickly filed the necessary documents to enforce compliance. Would work with again and would recommend.

Ayo & Iken recently handled my divorce. Regardless of how "amiable" a broken relationship might be, it is still one of the most difficult experiences one can experience. I worked with Michael McGinn and his paralegal Monika Roman throughout the entire two year process (the timeline was in no way the fault of the attorney). They were both extremely professional, empathetic and effective. I was able to get responses quickly and efficiently. In addition to the fact that they were able to get this situation settled, they did so with kindness and concern. Not something that is typical in this field. Would not recommend this law firm , what a rip off, they had my husband pay for a trial an the ex wife changed her mind didn't end up going to trial an never got his money back , they are con artists

Michael McGinn and Howard Ellzy were the best. I’ve never used a lawyer service before and I always believed in the stereotype of how lawyers are. But, I know people (adult education teacher for last 15 years) and I’ve seen all walks of life. Having worked as an investigator and later in my career as a counselor for families going through a divorce gave me plenty of exposure to Lawyers. Therefore, I had a lot of resistance and fears of working with any lawyer. Therefore, I did thorough research and found Howard Iken. I must say that I have nothing but appreciation for him. His knowledge, expertise, and support are priceless. First of all he does not sell you a dream, in other words he is upfront and honest at all times. He has also been extremely assertive and a big advocate for my daughter and my rights as a father in the court room. Outside of the court room he has been extremely supportive, accessible, and informative at all times. In fact many times I would send him an email with a question and would be surprised to receive a response right away. After my past experiences working in the system he has shown me that there are excellent lawyers that truly are there for their client’s best interest.
