The attorneys at Ayo and Iken were compassionate, understanding, and professional throughout my child custody case. They provided clear guidance and support every step of the way.

Charged an excessive amount, showed up to the hearing unprepared, didn’t even know what the hearing was for, then said well I don’t know! The judge said I would have been better off by myself than to have hired her. When I bring up my concerns after the hearing and requested a partial refund of the 6,500 that she had received. She became extremely unprofessional and emotional making threats and continuing with the lies. She even requested that I pay another 6,000 so she could do what should have been done in the first place. She says all the right things, because she is a conartist playing attorney. My advice would be never use this firm for anything other than to refer them to your worst enemy.

Crystal Phillips was an excellent attorney to work with for my divorce. Divorce can be a painstaking process, however, if you surround yourself with knowledgeable and caring people it helps to alleviate some of the stress. My attorney of record was Michael McGinn. During our initial conversation, I knew he was the right attorney and the right person. He was very personable, professional, thoughtful and kind. He and his paralegal, Monika provided consistent guidance and education of the process. One of the many things I appreciated about the service I received was the patience extended to me when I became frustrated, Monika was always a calming voice of reason. I would like to thank each and every person who was instrumental in my journey to my next chapter and finally, my happy place.

I was involved in a complex permanent alimony and child support divorce that ended in 2005. I filed for modification after I retired in September 2019. The case was finally resolved in December 2022. Attorney McGinn and his paralegal were aggressive in pursuing a final settlement to end this long-term dilemma. Started off with one attorney's office that did absolutely nothing for me, so I fired them and hired Ayo & Iken after speaking to Mariam about my issues with the other firm. Mariam was pleasant and sympathetic to my plight and took the time to document my concerns of my case. She then put me in Touch with Attorney Jeana Vogel for a consultation. After speaking with her and receiving confirmation that the other firm was losing clients regularly, I felt Ayo & Iken were going actually move the needle on my case. I worked with Mariam on a very regular basis as the questions came up and documents that hadn't been filed by the other firm needed addressing. Mariam was there every step of the way to help guide me through the process and Jeana Vogel was there when Mariam needed to differ to her for response. Mariam and Jeana both made things crystal clear on the process and answered all my questions even when the conversations were difficult. They handled my case with professionalism and compassion and in the end, they saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars. I was very impressed and only wished that I had started out with Ayo & Iken rather that wasting money with an attorney who does not have any fight or compassion for his clients left in him.

Michael McGinn and his paralegal Monica Roman are amazing. Both handled my case with total care. Emails would be answered same day, usually within an hour or 2 sometimes immediately. Any time I picked up the phone to call I was able to speak to them. If they were busy they would still call same day. I got exactly what I paid for and could not be happier with my results.
