From the moment I contacted Chris, I knew that I had made the right decision to go with Hersem Law for my traffic court concerns. He was responsive and patient with my questions, honest and reassuring in his assessments of the case, frank and realistic in his predictions of timelines and outcomes, and VERY personable and pleasant to speak with at the same time. (Pretty sure that's rare for a lawyer, if the old jokes are at all accurate...) Not only that, he pursued my case aggressively and accomplished a better outcome than I had hoped for, or even imagined. On the day of the final hearing, the prosecutor tried to flip part of the agreement in court-- and failed, thanks to the diligence and iron spine of my attorney! Though I hope to never need his services in the future, I sincerely hope to stay in touch. Furthermore, he will definitely be the person I recommend whenever traffic court comes up in discussion. Absolutely satisfied!

His receptionist was professional and courtesy and even though she could not answer case-specific questions she always delivered my message to Christopher T. Hersem in a timely manner. He always followed up promptly the same day either by calling and leaving a voice message or sending an email. Christopher T. Hersem communicated clearly and always informed me of the steps he is taking to resolve my case. He was able to clear my speeding ticket citation by having the case dismissed. In 3-5 business days the Clerk updated my record to reflect the case dismissal showing no outstanding items on my record. I’m completely satisfied with the outcome and how little involvement was required on my part.
