Chris Hersem is one of the best attorneys I have ever dealt with! He is kind and honest, he is very reasonable and gives you realistic expectations about potential outcomes of your case. I had a speeding ticket one morning - fine + points on my license, so I contacted a bunch of attorneys, including the famous ticket clinic in Tampa. Most of the calls were with office staff or secretaries, not actual attorneys. Out of 6-7 places that I called, I only spoke to two actual attorneys and Chris was one of them. In fact, I spoke to his office three times and Chris called me back every single time. The other attorney quoted $300 and when I said I had to think about it, I heard the "click"....he hung up on me. Chris was very helpful, took his time explaining the whole process, gave me expectations and realistic outcomes, he even knew the officer that wrote the ticket. He told me that the officer was very organized and would likely show up with all the paperwork needed, but then said he would do his best to challenge everything an try to dismiss the ticket. And he did! I do not know how he did it but he did it! Ticket was dismissed - no points and no fine. I also recommended him to a friend of mine and he delivered similar results in that case as well! Chris Hersem is the BEST!

I was impressed by his transparency throughout the process as well as taking the extra time to educate me about traffic law. For these reasons, I had minimal stress about the charge and would definitely recommend him to others seeking traffic lawyers.
